we welcome back Dr Stana Bokelmann of qiology acupuncture clinic For this session.

this is a warm and nourishing yin practice incorporating qi gong, yoga and acupuncture based on the Five Element Theory of traditional chinese medicine. We focus on opening the flow of energy through your organ networks to support the transition from Autumn to Winter, restore harmony in mind, body and spirit, and stimulate your innate resilience. In yin terms, the elements we are working with include metal (autumn), earth (transitional phase) and water (winter).

The acupuncture in this class will centre on organ networks including the stomach/spleen (mid-lower leg), large intestine (wrist), kidneys (ankle) and third eye (forehead). Please wear comfy clothing that allows access to these points.

The yin postures release tension in the body in ways that complement these points, enhanced by balancing nature of breath work and qi gong.

formal things.

Please read and tick to sign the intake form (including liability waiver and cancellation policy) prior to your class.
