Refunds: where the client cancels their attendance at a recurring group class, Grounded Yoga & Pilates has a No Refund policy at stradbroke scout hall and other locations that require a hall hire fee.

Grounded Yoga & Pilates may cancel classes with 2 or less client bookings the night prior to an early-morning class. anyone booked into that class will receive a text message notification and a Class Credit.

Early Cancellations: the client is eligible for Class Credit if they cancel their attendance prior to the 2 hours leading up to class.

Credits may not be automatic through the booking platform so message or email and we will either:

  • switch your booking to your preferred time or date (pending availability), or

  • send you a code to use so you’re not charged next time you make a booking.

Unsure if your class cancellation has worked? Please email or message me and and I’ll confirm (or assist if you need help).

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: the client may forfeit the cost of the class if they cancel within 2 hours of the start of the booked class, or do not show up. No class credits or refunds are available for late-cancels and no-shows.

If the business cancels a class last-minute due to teacher illness, you’ll be credited that class back or receive a full refund (your choice).

Pricing.

Grounded Pilates classes at Stradbroke Scout Hall are $15 per person/class (plus a very small booking platform fee, the flow-on effect of which helps maintain an accessible class price for everyone in our community).

The business reserves the right to increase class pricing to reflect any increases in hall hire fees – 4 weeks notice will be given to clients if a price rise is to occur.
